A criminal lawyer since 1981, Charles Barhydt is an experienced and tireless defender. With over thirty years of practice exclusively in criminal law, he possesses a vast amount of experience and has effectively defended individuals charged with every type of criminal offense.
In addition to his busy law practice, Charles is also an active volunteer. He sits on the board of Halton Community Legal Services and has been a volunteer with both Camp Oochigeas, a camp for kids with cancer, and the Children’s Wish Foundation.
A proud member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association, Charles is also active with Legal Aid Ontario, sits on the Gladue Panel and represents clients at the Ontario Review Board.
Charles adds “All lives get better when people are together helping. That is the definition of community. I want to help the people of Halton Hills and while doing it, I will be doing something I love.”
